Refund policy

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you have a concern about your order, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your piece to be considered for an exchange. Items must be in new, unworn, and untampered condition, and all original packaging must be included.

Any approved exchanges are subject to the following:

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (original and return)
  • Exchange must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for exchange

Custom Orders

All work made to your specifications—including requests for specific stones, sizes, inscriptions, modifications to existing designs, or any made-to-order pieces—is considered a custom order.

Custom orders are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Because these pieces are created specifically for you, based on your preferences, changes cannot be made once production has begun.

If you have an issue with a custom piece, you may contact me at carleestutz@gmail.com. I review all concerns carefully and, when possible, will offer a thoughtful resolution that aligns with the integrity of my work. However, adjustments or remakes are not guaranteed.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any time, at my sole discretion.

This may include (but is not limited to) situations where:

  • Communication becomes disrespectful or inappropriate
  • Requests fall outside of my design ethics or process
  • A client repeatedly ignores or challenges established boundaries and policies

In such cases:

  • Active orders may be canceled and refunded (less any materials or labor costs incurred to date)
  • Future business will not be accepted
  • Communication will be closed

Creating a safe, respectful, and aligned experience matters—for both of us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify me within 3 days of delivery so the matter can be evaluated and addressed promptly.
