All pieces are handcrafted and may have natural variations. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. I make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee your screen's representation.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders are subject to acceptance. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, inventory limits, or inappropriate customer behavior.

Please review the Cancellation Policy for made-to-order and custom items. Most pieces are final sale and not eligible for cancellation once production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is shipped.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please review the full Return & Exchange Policy before purchasing.

7. Custom Orders

Any work made to your specifications is considered custom and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. I reserve the right to decline any custom project or discontinue a working relationship at my sole discretion. For full details, see the Custom Order Policy.

8. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time for any reason. This includes (but is not limited to) abusive behavior, boundary violations, chargebacks, or communication that compromises the creative or ethical integrity of my work.

If a client is removed or an order is canceled due to misconduct, a partial refund may be issued, minus any materials, labor, or time already invested.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including photos, product descriptions, branding, and designs—is the intellectual property of Carlee Stutz and may not be used, copied, or republished without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or any purchased product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Oregon.
