Shipping policy

Shipping Method

Most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) by default. If you prefer a different carrier—such as UPS or FedEx—please contact me before placing your order or leave a note during checkout. Additional shipping costs may apply for alternative carriers or upgraded service levels.


Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items typically ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces have longer production timelines, usually 6–8 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping timeframes do not include production time. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected service, and order size.


Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic (U.S.): Standard USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Upgrades available upon request.

  • International: Select countries available. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their local government.


Responsibility for Packages

Once a package is in transit, I am not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, misdelivered, or marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
